I. Job Summary Serves as a strategic partner to sales leadership, leading initiatives to centralize reporting and tasks that support field operations. Drives standardization of sales data and reporting to improve consistency, performance measurement, and decision-making. Collaborates with sales and revenue management leadership to develop the annual sales and corporate EBITDA plans. Leads the transition from manual to automated reporting, migrating data from spreadsheets to databases and enhancing data visualization to improve integrity and reduce risk. A key contributor to the organization's Drive to Insight.
WM employees may work remote or hybrid at the nearest WM location. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Partner in success with sales leadership to determine drivers of sales performance and provide insights from those results that enable effective decision making
- In consultation with corporate and field sales leaders, drives continuous improvement in the design, implementation, maintenance, and efficiency of sales performance reporting and business analytics that optimize understanding of sales performance in a fast-changing environment
- Plans and leads efforts to move data from spreadsheets to databases, and to move reporting from manual to automated production, mitigating risk and improving data integrity
- Ensures that metrics are reported accurately and consistently on a regular, recurring basis. Develops, prepares, and delivers standard and ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Develops processes and builds models to support Annual Planning and Monthly Forecasting processes
- Builds relationships with field and corporate stakeholders (Revenue Management, Sales, etc.) and other key departments (Digital, Finance, Customer Experience) to ensure the success of initiatives
- Determines the structure and process by which data is gathered, analyzed, and distributed to stakeholders for reporting
- Serves as a well-versed Subject Matter Expert with various Sales reporting and processes. (STS, RPP, RGT, Disciplined Growth, etc.).

IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration, Analytics or similar area of study. In lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (6) years of relevant experience.
Experience: 6 years of progressive analytical experience in Finance, Sales, Pricing, Digital, Customer Experience, or Business Operations capacity Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Analytics preferred B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- KSAs (Proficient)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail sufficient to ensure that analysis and reporting of performance against a variety of metrics for a sales force of more than 1500+ are accurate
- Oral communication skills sufficient to make effective presentations to various levels of management
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive consensus in order to develop and track sales metrics, leading indicators, quotas and goals
- Operates independently on a day-to-day basis and is responsive to deadlines
- Self starter, adaptable to constant change and posses strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and to the ability lead and influence at all levels within the organization. This individual must be flexible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and have strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Expertise with MS Office (Expert Excel & Access)
- High proficiency with databases, data integration, query tools and reporting
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- High preference for local Houston-based candidates who can report on a hybrid basis to Houston Corporate office.

- Normal setting for this job is: Remote or Hybrid at nearest WM location. Houston based candidates will be hybrid.
The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $95,000 to $130,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
