Job Description
The Manager of Pipeline Analytics and Operations is a key player in executing projects, data-driven analyses and enhancing operational effectiveness. By fostering efficiency through data analysis and process management, this role supports the strategic advancement of the business. This role is integral in ensuring resources are optimally utilized and processes are aligned with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Analysis and Insights Generation: Perform data analyses that provide insights into pipeline operations to support decision-making. Identify patterns and trends that highlight areas for improvement or potential risks. Translate data findings into actionable strategies that influence project outcomes and organizational success.

Data Visualization and Presentation: Develop visual tools to communicate data insights and operational metrics effectively to stakeholders. Use visualization software to create presentations that support strategic objectives. Ensure that all visual outputs are clear, engaging, and aligned with the stakeholders' comprehension levels.

Information Management Strategy Coordination: Support the execution of data management strategies that capitalize on business insights. Collaborate across teams to derive maximum value from data solutions and support strategic goals. Continuously evaluate data management practices to align with technological changes and strategic objectives. Coordinate efforts to implement data quality initiatives, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Supportive Innovation: Apply innovative solutions to enhance operational and analytics processes. Stay updated on trends and practice to maintain competitive operations. Encourage team members to explore and implement creative processes that drive improvements.

Reporting and Insight Sharing Execution: Generate reports that align with organizational goals, providing insights that support strategic decisions. Ensure reports inform executive decisions through effective data presentation. Tailor outputs to highlight strategic priorities and potential risks. Coordinate ad hoc reporting initiatives, ensuring rapid response to urgent data requests.

Project Management and Support: Coordinate project teams to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives that align with business objectives. Monitor project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure quality outcomes and mitigate issues. Foster team collaboration and prepare contingency plans to maintain project momentum and success.

Business Process Improvement: Manage business operations to ensure processes are efficient and strategically aligned. Identify areas for process optimization cross functionally and lead efforts to implement solutions to enhance effectiveness. Ensure systems and tools are used efficiently to support operational objectives.

Core Communication Facilitation: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring continuity and strategic alignment across projects. Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions to maintain engagement. Use diverse methods to communicate project objectives and achievements to foster understanding.

Resource Management Development: Develop basic resource models and resource allocation, ensuring tools and models are used to optimize workforce planning. Conduct regular analyses to adapt resources to current needs and organizational dynamics. Provide insights that support strategic resource planning and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred in a technical, scientific, or project management-related discipline and 6+ years professional work experience, preferably in operations management, data analytics, or the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; or Masters degree with 2+ years of work experience.

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated history of successful execution in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.

Ability to work independently and represent sound strategies is required.

Must have clear leadership skills that minimally include: strong written and effective interpersonal communication; capability to clearly present, influence, and logically justify proposals; sound judgment; negotiation and conflict management; effective communication across cultures and disciplines; relationship building and fostering teamwork.

Familiarity with the drug development process is advantageous.

Cross-functional project team leadership experience is preferred. Proficient in the tools and techniques of project management, business operations, and basic quantitative analytics. Excellent technology skills (e.g., project management software, business intelligence/analytics tools, etc.) required.
