Position Summary

The Manager of Training and Operations Services plays a critical role in supporting restaurant operations through best-in-class training, new restaurant openings (NROs), and continuous improvement initiatives. This position ensures operational excellence across all locations by focusing on talent development, guest experience, and margin-enhancing strategies. What You'll Do

• Champion Culture and Leadership: Promote a workplace environment that embodies QDOBA's values. Lead by example and help cultivate a culture of engagement, integrity, and inclusivity.

• Lead Training and Development: Design and deliver effective training programs for team members and leaders. Provide coaching and mentorship that drives retention and performance.

• Support New Restaurant Openings (NROs): Oversee all aspects of training execution for NROs. Ensure each opening is successful by equipping teams with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to deliver great results from day one.

• Drive Guest Experience and Operational Excellence: Champion initiatives that improve the guest journey and maximize guest satisfaction. Standardize processes and deliver consistent operational execution across all locations.

• Enhance Profitability Through Operations Support: Optimize third-party delivery platforms, digital ordering (Olo), and in-restaurant processes to boost margins and streamline operations.

• Facilitate Communication Across Teams: Act as a liaison between field operations and the Support Center to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely updates across departments.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting multi-unit training for a national restaurant brand

• Proven success in at least 20 New Restaurant Openings (NROs)

• Excellent public speaking, facilitation, and one-on-one coaching skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

• ServeSafe Certification

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including trips of 7-14 days for NRO support

• Financial literacy and the ability to analyze performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience

• Prior experience working in a corporate or franchised operations environment

• Background in both full-service and fast-casual concepts

• Experience in operations services, ideally within a restaurant or retail setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience)

• NRO Bonus: Up to $2,000 per opening
