Location: West Palm Beach, FL Reports to: Directors of Creative & Client Operations

Overview:
Digital Resource is looking for a strategic, people-first Manager of Social Media Services to lead our social media department. This role demands more than social media expertise - we're seeking a proven leader who has managed teams of 8-12 specialists, conducted performance reviews, and driven both team development and client success. You'll oversee the execution of innovative social media strategies while nurturing a high-performing team aligned with key business and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and implement development plans to grow team capabilities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand presence, engagement, and conversion across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Oversee and refine boosted content strategies to maximize ROI (experience with ad campaigns is a plus).
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and account teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
  • Champion community engagement, ensuring timely responses to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to elevate internal social media best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent proven work experience in conjunction with the other requirements).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with at least 2+ years of team leadership in a digital marketing or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct performance reviews and lead team development initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and growth tactics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent written communication, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative content and campaign ideation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative communicator, adept at working across teams and with clients.
