At Woom Bikes, we're on a mission to inspire kids to fall in love with riding. As our
Manager of Sales Operations - North America, you'll play a critical role in helping our sales teams work smarter, move faster, and achieve more. This role is all about efficiency-developing powerful reporting, fine-tuning sales tools, and ensuring our B2B partners have the support they need to succeed.
What You'll Do - Own sales reporting and insights - Design and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and uncover opportunities to drive growth.
- Optimize pipeline management and forecasting - Ensure our sales teams have the right data at the right time to make informed decisions.
- Be the go-to expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) - Support the team with troubleshooting, training, and system enhancements.
- Streamline and improve sales processes - Identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and help our teams work more effectively.
- Support B2B sales operations - Assist dealers and partners with orders, inquiries, and sales-related tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate across teams - Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales strategies and drive cross-functional initiatives.
What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Power BI and Excel expertise required
- A data-driven thinker with a knack for turning numbers into insights.
- A problem solver who can identify bottlenecks and create efficient solutions.
- Someone who loves working with technology and can master sales tools like D365.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
