Summary of Responsibility:

Under the direction of the Director, Data Integrity and Integration this position will manage all organizational technical projects and is the organization's primary individual responsible for managing relationships with third-party vendors that support the network and the infrastructure. The position is responsible for participating in the development of and monitoring vendors' adherence to Service Level Agreements and for escalating non-compliance to the Director, Data Integrity and Integration or designee and working on and proposing resolutions to address any identified issues. Additionally, this position has multiple direct reports and has management responsibilities for those individuals.

The Manager is responsible for supporting and implementing Cybersecurity technical measures for the organization and protecting the organization from external and internal threats through the implementation of policies and supporting procedures, along with the necessary tools. This includes participating in the development of the strategic security initiatives on and annual basis, performing risk assessments as needed and taking proactive steps to prevent any threats detected. This position is also responsible for building, maintaining and growing infrastructure as a service (IAAS) to the expanding SoNE network. This includes preparing the packaging of services, pricing model, implementing, maintaining the organizations that have purchased this service and developing strategies for continuous improvement. In addition, all new groups to the SoNE Medical Group will become part of the SoNE network infrastructure and the Manager of Network Infrastructure and Security is responsible along with their team, for the assessment, cost, build and maintenance of that infrastructure.

This role is located at the company's headquarters in Windsor, CT, and operates in a hybrid /remote role environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•  Develop the Server and Storage, Networking and Database Reference Architecture Library.
•  Maintains system performance and ongoing compliance with technology standards.
•  Design and deliver training and communications around ongoing enhancements, development and sustainment of talent infrastructure tools.
•  Provide expert leadership to drive Infrastructure & Network Security maturity improvements across the organization, in line with the changing threat landscape.
•  Provide recommendations and then implement new technologies that focus on process improvement and organizational efficiency for SoNE
•  Build and Support Infrastructure as a service including initial infrastructure assessment, pricing and staffing models as this area expands in service.
•  Provides leadership and accountability for planning and execution of tactical infrastructure and network security improvements.
•  Create the technical standards for all infrastructure areas.
•  Coordinates with vendors and staff for changes and repairs to technology hardware and software.
•  Develops and manages the budget for infrastructure, with a focus on efficiency and cost effectiveness.
•  Negotiates and maintains partner relationships with vendors, ensuring sustainable profit margins.
•  Review and consolidate vendor contracts where possible for SoNE MedGroup
•  Researches and installs new software releases documenting, reporting and following-up with the technology team, vendors, regarding products and services in use;
•  Ensures security of data, equipment, and facilities at all times and in conjunction with the security team
•  Participates in the development of the Technical Management functions as a key role to increase stakeholder recognition of service value.
•  Manages staff to ensure that organizational needs are managed and adhered to in a timely manner.
•  Monitors vendor performance to ensure adherence to SLAs and provides avenue for escalation if necessary.
•  Understands the IT strategic goals and can prioritize accordingly.
•  Provides the highest level of customer service to drive member value.
•  Manages medium to large projects in a time-sensitive manner. Completes assigned tasks as a member of a project team or as individually assigned by the VP of IT; demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
•  Provides technical & production support to resolve problems. Actively participates in the support process by adhering to support schedules, participating in support meetings and guiding, managing and mentoring staff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

SoNE HEALTH seeks an experienced Manager who has at least 10 -15 years' experience. The ideal candidate is proactive as well as responsive and appreciates the mission of healthcare.
•  10 - 15 years of IT experience; with most of it in healthcare.
•  Experience working for a Managed Service Provider/Managed Services Organization
•  Bachelor's degree in information technology or other degree and relevant experience, required.
•  5-10 plus years' experience in Cloud computing, mobile device administration, and Identity protection.
•  Understands HIPAA regulations.
•  Experience managing progressively more complex efforts.
•  Experience with Value Based Care Models and how IT and data support those models.
•  ACO experience
•  Superior knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
•  Experience managing multiple, complex projects.
•  Efficient use of limited resources.
•  Knowledge of collaboration tools, including tools to help manage projects and other organizational priorities.
•  Ability to navigate, large and complex organizational networks.
•  Strong problem-solving capabilities.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•  Forward thinking and able to identify creative solutions to complex problems
