A globally recognized premium consumer brand is growing its U.S. marketing team and hiring a Manager of Influencer Marketing to help lead the charge on one of its fastest-growing portfolio brands.


This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, working closely with a global team of marketers and creatives known for their energy, edge, and innovative approach to storytelling.


About the Manager of Influencer Marketing Role:

We're searching for a strategic, culturally in-tune marketer who understands how to create meaningful brand engagement through organic social media and influencer marketing partnerships and campaigns. This role will be central in driving buzz, building community, and deepening relevance across digital platforms.


You'll be at the forefront of earned and organic marketing - turning insight into execution, and ideas into attention.


Manager of Influencer Marketing Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve social strategy across core platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a focus on community building, cultural storytelling, and organic growth.
  • Lead influencer programs - prioritizing earned and gifted partnerships while knowing when to activate paid relationships for broader impact.
  • Forge and maintain relationships with tastemakers, content creators, and cultural voices to spark meaningful conversation and share-worthy moments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, PR, paid media, content, and creative teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
  • Plan and execute influencer experiences and seeding strategies that reflect the brand's premium lifestyle positioning.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize influencer and social performance based on quality engagement, sentiment, and brand impact - not just reach.
  • Identify and recommend brand partnerships that fuel earned media and social storytelling across lifestyle, culture, and entertainment verticals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or cultural marketing within consumer products, luxury, spirits/wine, CPG, or lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on expertise developing and executing earned-first and organic campaigns.
  • A sharp eye for what's trending - with the creativity to turn insights into innovative content and activations.
  • Demonstrated success cultivating influencer relationships and managing brand-facing campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Experience working across integrated teams and managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for culture, entertainment, and digital trends.

Location: Atlanta GA

Office Schedule: this is a hybrid role based in Austin - remote applicants or those unable to commit to the in-office schedule (3 days/week) will not be considered.
