StevenDouglas has been engaged exclusively to seek a Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidations for an outstanding company in Austin, Texas. This role will work in a hybrid working capacity, 3 days in office and 2 days remotely.

Reporting to the Controller, the Corporate Accounting & Consolidations Manager is primarily responsible for the preparation of the Company's consolidated financial statements focusing on the elimination of intercompany, investments/equity and the administration of the accounting close process as it relates to these items. The Manager works closely with the Company's regional business units distributing the Company's official FX rates and coordinating the consolidation process. To support reporting, the Manager is responsible for various internal and external reporting including the companies consolidated CAPEX reporting and selected external reporting schedules, prepare and review the consolidation, ensuring completeness and accuracy according to GAAP and Company requirements.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
"Big 4" experience or public accounting combined industry experience.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
Actively CPA license.
Minimum 5 years of directly applicable corporate accounting experience.
Strong U.S. GAAP. foundation.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
