A large Client is seeking Senior Manager Digital Products and Data for a contract to hire engagement, hybrid (3x a week) onsite in Reading, PA . This is a key role in understanding the vision of their digital product offerings, understand emerging trends and manage a team of Product Managers responsible for individual implementations. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of products under their direction. The products developed/created will use data and technology to support internal and external product needs of their customers. The associate in this role will provide daily guidance on implementation of technology, help with prioritization and conflict resolution. They will work with upper level management to understand the direction of the business and ensure the execution of the Product Managers roadmaps meet the needs of the business in a timely manner. This will be a 50/50 split of managing product portfolio and working with their product management teams.
The Senior Manager Digital Products and Data will be responsible for creating development plans for the Product Managers to enable growth of the associate. The individual will be responsible for mentoring multiple levels of Product Managers on their team to ensure proper processes are in place and consistent approaches used to drive outcomes for the business.
Qualifications:
-7+ years of product management experience, including managing other product managers/ product team
-Experience working on data or AI oriented digital products
-Background in analytics
-Management or mentorship experience preferred
- Experienced in the full product life cycle including customer interviews/ feedback, identifying problems, i.e. what's worth solving or not
- Experience building out vision and strategy for product and bring it to life
Compensation:
$58.00 - $68.00 per hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
