- Pay: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a health or science related field.
- 3 years of clinical research experience.
Summary: As the Manager of Clinical Research Administration, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our clinical research department, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities: - Assist in developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives that align with our organization's strategic vision.
- Manage staff effectively, focusing on performance management, staff satisfaction, and resolving conflicts. Oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Monitor departmental budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, vendor relations, and contractual obligations are met. Assess needs for equipment and supplies and ensure they are maintained in proper working order.
- Evaluate the quality of services provided and coordinate with staff, the Institutional Review Board (IRB), other departments, and external agencies to enhance service delivery.
