Position: Manager of Client Services

Location: Westport, Connecticut

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build a team of Client Service Managers.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for operational excellence, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and address any performance gaps.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
  • Handle end-to-end case management for high-value inbound opportunities.
  • Generate financial quotes by understanding key case dynamics.
  • Supervise contract applications and ensure completeness.
  • Conduct qualitative due diligence on policyholder cases and relevant regulations.
  • Oversee lead management within the CRM system and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Identify and support new business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and train a team.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as Net Present Value.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective written communication for both internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
