Frier Levitt, a national healthcare and life sciences law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking
Manager, Marketing Technology and Analytics to oversee the firm's lead management process, CRM strategy, marketing data and analytics.
This individual plays a critical role in the implementation and ongoing optimization of HubSpot, manages data integration and delivers reporting and insights that guide business development and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, this role collaborates on strategies and tactics to attract new clients and enhance value for existing clients and targeted outreach initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with process-driven thinking, and a deep understanding of marketing data, reporting, and law firm business development workflows.
This is a hybrid position located in the firm's Pine Brook, New Jersey office.
Key Responsibilities:CRM Management - HubSpot Implementation & Administration Pre-Rollout:
- Lead the migration and upload of all client and contact records, including mailing lists
- Coordinate with attorneys to validate and clean contact information prior to upload
- Coordinate training sessions for firm personnel
Post-Rollout:
- Manage ongoing contact uploads from marketing and BD efforts (webinars, events, website forms, attorney outreach)
- Continuously update and maintain attorney-provided lists with accurate segmentation and campaign tagging
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance, ROI, and engagement trends
Lead Management and Analytics: - Track and analyze leads from marketing and BD initiatives to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Generate monthly lead performance reports with analysis of lead sources, referral patterns, and conversion metrics
- Conduct financial analysis, provide recommendations based on campaign performance and intake trends
Digital Marketing: - Serve as primary liaison with external SEO/digital marketing agency
- Monitor performance of Google campaigns and compare against incoming leads to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Track key metrics across digital channels (email, social, webinars, website behavior) and translate into actionable strategies
Business Development: - Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support BD initiatives
- Build segmented target lists for marketing and BD campaigns
- Deliver data-driven insights to support client segmentation and outreach strategies
- Manage and draft updates for industry and service lines capabilities sheets
- Prepare and manage responses to pitches, RFPs and other client driven requests for information.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years in legal marketing, CRM administration, or data analytics within a professional services environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or other marketing platform) and CRM implementation/maintenance
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HubSpot analytics)
- Familiarity with platforms such as Centerbase, Google Analytics, and SEO reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines, stay poised under pressure, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Intellectually curious, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders
