Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a science, engineering or business field OR 15+years of manufacturing experience in an FDA or equivalent regulated environment
  • Required: Minimum 4+ years of people management experience
  • Required: Minimum 5+ years of experience in an FDA or equivalent environment
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a scientific field
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $98,000.00-$152,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
