Responsibilities Overview: - Oversee technical projects to automate business processes, aligning solutions with user needs and organizational goals, while managing vendor relationships and external contractors for application support.
- Lead user training and create comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth adoption of system enhancements, collaborating with vendors to address changes and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage application budgets and financial planning, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or functionality.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement related to SaaS applications across departments.
- Champion collaboration and alignment through stakeholder engagement, leveraging workshops, interviews, and transparent communication to translate complex business needs into actionable strategies while fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.

Basic Qualifications - Experience managing SaaS applications across multiple departments.
- Strong project management skills including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technical projects.
- Expertise in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, integrations, APIs, and cloud-based technologies relevant to SaaS platforms.
- Ability to create and deliver user training sessions, as well as develop clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
- Experience implementing and maintaining SOX compliant IT business processes.
- Experience managing Salesforce, Sirion, SimpleLegal, and/or Procore a plus.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field
Preferred Qualifications - Five or more years of experience in IT management
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing SaaS solutions in close partnership with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience managing Salesforce.
