Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations.
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience and passion for managing and developing people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Ability to think creatively and recognize & encourage creativity in others.
- 5+ years of experience in web development technologies such as:
- Vue, Angular, or React
- JavaScript / NodeJS
- Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Possess a solid understanding of Agile principles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about software development and delivering large and/or complex solutions in an iterative process.
- In-depth understanding and passion for excellence in the WWT Core Values.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or Management Information Systems; A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
