Company DescriptionJob Description Inside Sales manager will lead a team of Inside Sales professionals focused on account management and opportunity management.
Responsibilities - Supervise a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
- Planning - Work with assigned ISRs to develop district specific business plans that align with regional specific priorities.
- Coach assigned ISRs on technical and selling skills, be present and responsive to questions daily.
- Process Improvement - Identify process improvement opportunities and lead specified projects to implement.
- Opportunity Management - Create, manage, and close assigned sales opportunities.
- Account Management - Develops and maintains positive relationships to support wholesale, contractor, multifamily, and builder market activity with territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Business Development Managers
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to support regional specific priorities and reflect in annual business plans (Account Management, Builder Prospecting, Promotion Support)
- Collaborate and align with other departments to drive efficiencies.
- Proficiently leverages Moen systems (SAP CRM, Qlik Sense, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree Preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of prior sales /sales leadership experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as energy, enthusiasm, and endurance.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Hunger for driving sales in a competitive environment
- Problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and coach.

Additional Information: Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
