SUMMARY We are seeking to hire a Manager, Inside Sales responsible for hiring, developing, and training incoming Inside Sales Representatives for the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty. This position oversees a cohort of entry level sales team members with a focus on developing them for senior-level selling roles across the company. The position will receive supervision and support from the Ticket Sales leadership team to further strengthen the Inside Sales program. The Manager, Inside Sales will report to the Director, Business Development. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Create and sustain a world class inside sales program.
  • Responsible for hiring BSE Global sales staff and being the face of recruiting for the program at various sports recruitment events throughout the country.
  • Research, develop, and implement sales and service best practices for all sales team members to follow.
  • Build a best-in-class Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding strategy to set newest team members up for success.
  • Determine standard processes and measurement tools for representatives to accurately record opportunity touchpoints such as outbound calls, in-person meetings, and individual prospecting.
  • Review and maintain accurate documentation of outreach and sales activity in CRM system.
  • Monitors team members daily, weekly, and monthly activities and revenue.
  • Conducts regularly scheduled trainings for the Inside Sales Program.
  • Collaborates with the Ticket Sales leadership team to achieve team-wide excellence.
  • Assists in developing sales and marketing strategies for ticket packages, sales contests and campaigns.
  • Attend all Brooklyn Nets home games, New York Liberty home games, and other internal / external events in a working capacity as assigned.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all fans.
  • Lead the Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals established by leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 2-3 years of sport sales experience.
  • Archtics and Salesforce experience a plus.
SALARY RANGE $70,000 - $95,000 base salary TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Frequent Traveler (20% travel): The incumbent will regularly travel nationally to target colleges/universities and recruitment events in order to source high-performing candidates. WORK ENVIRONMENT Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend all Nets games, Liberty games, and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
