Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Exempt

Our Information Systems team plays a crucial role in enabling every department-from patient services to clinical operations-to run smoothly and effectively.

Job Details

Team Leadership: Manage a team of 10 technical professionals

System Ownership: Oversee and manage an enterprise-level system (preferably Epic), supporting all departments across the organization

Technical Oversight: Administer Microsoft SQL Server and ensure availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems

Cross-Functional Communication: Work directly with leaders across clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure alignment, smooth implementations, and timely support

Required Experience:

2+ years managing enterprise-level platforms or EHR systems

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration

Prior leadership/management experience in technical or IT operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Healthcare IT experience preferred

Epic experience highly desirable
