Manager-In-Training / Front Desk / Marriott Savannah Riverfront Location: Savannah, GA, 31401 Skills: Manager in Training, Front Desk We are seeking a Manager-In-Training / Front Desk to join our team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in both management and front desk operations.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily operations of the front desk
- Train and supervise front desk staff
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Assist in managing payroll and scheduling
- Assist in managing budgets and financial reports
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in front desk operations
- 1+ years of experience in management or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
