SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager will lead and oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resources function including, recruitment, selection, onboarding, training and development, benefits and leave management, compensation, employee relations, and legal compliance. This role requires a seasoned professional who can develop, implement, and manage policies and initiatives that align with the health system strategic plan goals and fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsible for developing, educating, and influencing management on human resources policies, procedures, and how best to navigate complex matters. Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure staffing needs are met and develops effective retention strategies. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local laws, and regulations. Serves as a key member of the Leadership Team and role model for the organization, upholding Baxter Health mission, purpose and values. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. Master degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with successful track record of proven results, with 3-5 years in a management role. A in all human resources functions is required. Previous hospital/healthcare experience preferred. Certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP and/or ASHHRA certification desired.
