You're motivated, hands-on, and ready to dive deep into the details to help build and maintain a strong, accurate financial model for the Canadian business.In this role, you will .Support Capital Markets and Strategy & Consulting teams with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and presentationsContribute to corporate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goalsParticipate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including preparing financial reports and coordinating with stakeholdersConduct P&L and Capex variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior year resultsPerform in-depth financial analysis using KPIs specific to the commercial real estate industry, including profitability and headcount metricsAssist in identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies for senior leadershipDevelop and enhance financial tools and processes to improve reporting accuracy, transparency, and support ad hoc analysisWhat you'll bring Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field5-8 years of relevant work experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate effectivelyProficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI; VBA knowledge is an assetSkilled in financial modeling, with a passion for learning and process improvement; able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyCPA designation completed or in progress (asset)Under the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate Salary Range for Role: $115,000 - $130,000Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
