Job Title:
Manager, Export Execution Marketing
Role Summary:
Reports to Director, Export Execution Marketing. Responsible for front-line execution of the Export marketing and yield management strategies through allocation activity, regional export target monitoring, customer performance evaluation, and account plan maintenance.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Supervise, guide, and develop a team of business analysts focused on the export services and account plans.
• Establish and maintain account plan for NA Export
• Collaborate with the wider marketing group to create and adjust ONE's ideal customer portfolio
• Execute the intended business portfolio through the ONE proprietary vessel space management system
• Produce, maintain, and analyze departmental reports and statistics
• Monitor, measure, and take corrective action for the assigned region's account performance; this requires communication of corrective action to the NA regional sales staff when necessary, including monitoring and proactively addressing poor customer results
• Direct regional sales teams in creation and execution of promotional cargo opportunities to meet business plan
• Operational support and facilitation; provide support and assistance for service recovery evaluation and approval, perform exception management to established SOPs
• Assist in route cost analysis and alternate route analysis to minimize cost and maximize vessel utilization

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency in MS applications, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Docs
Function-Specific Required Skills and Competencies:
• Intimate knowledge of the NA Export market
• Ability to communicate and work well with all levels of internal management, staff, and outside vendors
• Advanced knowledge of pivot tables and formulas in MS Excel
• Strong business acumen
Required Minimum Years Experience:
2+ management/supervisory and 5+ function/industry related
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
