Manager, Digital Product Management Mobile Applications to help us bring that to life in our digital experiences. The Digital Product Manager will play a key role in the evolution of Panera's consumer-facing digital channels, working closely on Panera's iOS and Android Mobile Apps. The ideal candidate will leverage data and user research to identify solutions that create best-in-class experiences for our customers and maximize benefit to the organization.
This position is Hybrid, working three days a week from our offices in Newton, MA or in Fenton, MO.
Duties & Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Drive forward and define a roadmap for the millions of users who use the Panera App to meet business goals, improve user experiences, drive KPIs and achieve technical wins.
- Define and document requirements as part of an agile framework that directly support the primary objectives of the project, are appropriate in size for iterative development and include clear and specific acceptance criteria.
- Develop supporting business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, upstream and downstream impacts of projects and work with internal business to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations.
- You'll own features and tests end-to-end, championing the needs of consumers, business teams and stakeholders throughout the UAT and development release process.
- Make data-informed product decisions with qualitative and quantitative research. Analyze customer data and turn those insights into actions.
- Execute plans with engineering, design, analytics, and product peers to coordinate efforts, identify interdependencies, and maintain consistency across projects.
- Partner closely with teams and key vendors across Panera to build world-class user experiences that address specific user pain points and business goals.
Qualifications (Education & Experience) Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of consumer-facing product management experience, with experience on Mobile E-Commerce preferred.
- Experience with agile development methodology.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and JIRA preferred.
- Self-starter who is comfortable and effective in times of uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Ability to balance multiple objectives, projects, and goals simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Technical proclivity to learn new systems and technology for future incorporation or integration to the digital experience.
- Obsession with creating great customer experiences.
