At Digital labs, we design, develop and manage software for Operating companies for a variety of engineering products manufactured in Dover. The software products operate in IOT, SaaS based eCommerce frameworks, Data Science & Analytics services and Connected products. Roles & Responsibilities:
1: Looking for Technical Engineering Manager with hands on expertise and deep technical
knowledge in enterprise architecture. They will manage a team of 6-10 software developers in
CPQ/Web Applications. Should be able to understand the product requirements, lead the
team from the front in developing a quality product and work with the ecosystem of QA and
DevOps to deliver the product on time.
2: Work with product managers and technical teams in a cross-functional environment, to
implement high-quality products that meet business goals. Act as a technical liaison
between customers, engineering teams and support. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a
timely fashion. Conduct design review with architects and PM to ensure new products meet
specification. Work closely with project manager to drive successful project completion and
meet schedule.
3: Candidate will be reporting to senior leaders in engineering team, assume ownership, be a
self-starter, creative, and energized to technically drive the team's mission. The candidate
will operate with a high degree of "end-to-end ownership" with collaborative & result oriented
approach.
4: Any prior working knowledge or experience of CPQ applications (Configure, Price and Quote)
will be considered as a big positive.
Must have Skills:
