Overview
This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, trend-spotter, and data-driven strategist who understands how to craft compelling content, manage online communities, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging, and platform-optimized content (static, video, Reels, Stories, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to bring campaigns to life.
- Develop a content calendar ensuring timely and relevant postings.
- Community Management & Engagement:
- Handle social media escalations, feedback, and crisis management professionally.
- Implement interactive campaigns such as polls, Q&As, and challenges to boost engagement.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Define content pillars and engagement strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand innovative.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, video trends, and creative direction.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and brand teams.
- Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations is a plus.
- Passionate about social media, creativity, and driving digital innovation.
