We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Manager to lead and scale Unwell's College Ambassador Initiatives. This role is inspired by best-in-class ambassador programs, tailored to Unwell's bold, unapologetic brand and mission. The Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and empowering a diverse network of student ambassadors who will champion Unwell's products, values, and community on their campuses.


Key Responsibilities


Program Development & Strategy

  • Design and execute the overall vision for Unwell's College Ambassador Program, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and marketing objectives.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and application processes that attract high-energy, socially influential students who embody Unwell's spirit.
  • Create seasonal or semester-based program cycles, with clear onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.

Ambassador Recruitment & Community Building

  • Identify, vet, and onboard student ambassadors across key college campuses.
  • Foster a vibrant, inclusive community among ambassadors through regular communication, virtual meetups, and exclusive events.
  • Encourage collaboration and peer-to-peer support within the ambassador network.

Campaign & Event Management with ART & Nestle

  • Coordinate and oversee on-campus and virtual events, product sampling, and brand activations led by ambassadors
  • Develop reward-based challenges and incentives to drive engagement and performance (e.g., exclusive Unwell merch, event hosting opportunities, content creation contests)
  • Ensure ambassadors have the resources, product shipments, and branded materials needed for success

Content & Social Media

  • Guide ambassadors on creating authentic, on-brand content for social media, leveraging Unwell's tone and visual identity
  • Track and amplify high-performing ambassador-generated content across Unwell's channels.
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve content quality and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing ambassador, influencer, or campus marketing programs-preferably in CPG or for lifestyle brands.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and campus life.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a passion for community building.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for developing engaging campaigns and incentives.
  • Experience with influencer management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
