We are seeking a Manager of Cloud Engineering to lead and support our cloud infrastructure, encompassing both public and private cloud environments. This role blends technical expertise with visionary leadership, requiring a strategic thinker capable of guiding a DevOps-focused cloud engineering team. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to ensure our cloud-based applications and services are secure, performant, and cost-effective.

Most Important Responsibilities:
•  Lead and mentor a high-performing cloud engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
•  Effectively communicate with organizational leaders to align infrastructure strategies with broader business goals.
•  Manage and optimize cloud platforms, including servers, networking, deployment, and container orchestration tools.
•  Architect, design, and execute cloud infrastructure projects while adhering to DevOps best practices.
•  Develop and optimize CI/CD pipeline to improve deployment and testing efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
•  Champion automation across infrastructure processes, including provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
•  Proactively ensure stability, performance, and resiliency of production environments, addressing issues before they impact operations.
•  Drive cloud cost optimization by designing scalable, extensible solutions that meet both business and operational requirements.
•  Collaborate across teams, providing technical guidance on complex initiatives to ensure seamless project execution. What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or related field.
•  AWS Solutions Architect certification strongly preferred.
•  Proven experience leading and developing high-performing technology teams, with a focus on driving results and growth.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical teams effectively.
•  Expertise in container orchestration platforms (Amazon ECS, Kubernetes) and related technologies.
•  Deep understanding of CI/CD solutions, integrated testing frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code tools (such as Terraform or Cloud Formation).
•  A strong record of delivering scalable, automated, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure solutions.
•  Experience managing complex, cross functional projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
•  Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
