The Marketing Campaign and Channel Manager plays a critical role in driving marketing effectiveness through a data-informed strategy and thoughtful channel integration to achieve business objectives. In this role, you will develop and execute cohesive marketing campaigns across channels, including overseeing paid media strategies that deliver maximum impact while optimizing media investments. You will analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain strong relationships with creative and media partners .
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the complete lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns, from initial concept and alignment with business goals and audience insights to final post-campaign analysis.
- Creative Briefs: Help develop compelling campaign themes and create clear creative briefs designed to resonate with target audiences and motivate desired actions.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity are maintained across all campaign components and marketing channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across various marketing teams, media partners, external agencies, and other relevant vendors.
- Post-Campaign Analysis: Conduct thorough post-campaign analyses to identify successes, pinpoint areas needing improvement, and develop actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
- Channel Strategy and Mix Optimization: Define the ideal mix of marketing channels, encompassing both digital and traditional approaches, and ensure their seamless integration with consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Strategic Paid Media Planning: Develop strategic paid media plans aligned with campaign objectives and specific target audience segments to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Utilize robust tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to accurately measure the performance of paid media campaigns against key metrics.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular, comprehensive reports on the overall campaign performance, with a specific focus on the effectiveness of paid media efforts, to keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in campaign management preferred
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and measurement tools
- Working knowledge of media planning principles and media buying processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
