Manager, Business Process Effectiveness supports core solution development and transformation through critical thinking and problem solving to help deliver high-quality outcomes. This role serves to identify, analyze, track, implement, and improve groundbreaking opportunities through digital technologies and targeted operational improvements.
Job Responsibilities- Develops strong working relationships with division leadership, functional business leaders, and domain experts within the organization.
- Crafts end-to-end solution requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis to optimally meet business operation goals.
- Finds opportunities to use analytics and reporting toolsets to influence decision-making and achieve business objectives.
- Delivers business recommendations based on analytics and return on investment using strong written and verbal communication.
- Uses Lean Six Sigma techniques and process improvement methodologies.
- Leads transformation initiatives to deliver improvements and conduct regular process reviews
- Serves as an internal consultant for associated sequencing and alignment of workstream needs and initiatives.
- Tracks, documents, and updates continuous improvement efforts in a project management system such as Azure DevOps or other similar tools.
- Identify and detail proactive measures to improve the systems, robotic process automation/artificial Intelligence (AI), process improvement initiatives, or business operation functions.
- Is responsible for key initiatives, budget, and Profit & Loss activity through various means to achieve desired results.
Key Skills- Implementation experience desired with strong transformation experience
- Business Process Engineering/RE-engineering experience
- Proven track record of teams, peers and employees, both directly and indirectly
- Capability to operate in a fast paced and passionate environment with ambiguity and challenging priorities
- Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practices
Qualifications Education & Years of Experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Certifications
Six-Sigma - Black Belt (BB) (Preferred)

- Proven experience in business analysis and development
- Improving an end-to-end process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and using AI effectively.

Pay Rate $113,500 - $134,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
