Essential Job Functions:
  • Work with the RO Senior Management to support Senior Executives with data intelligence and analytics requests
  • Deploy data analytics initiatives and lead the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership to the data analysts team, driving the enhancement and optimization of the department reporting and services
  • Drive reporting continuous improvement to ensure the best reporting tools and practices deployment
  • Analyze data and derive insights from developed models, report on findings, and make actionable recommendations
  • Provide ad-hoc data support in a timely manner, create/enhance reports, financial and statistical modeling, and on 1 demand dashboards/visualizations
  • Present insights and recommendations to the Senior Management
  • Collaborate on the company's data migration projects to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Oversee routine reporting and perform cross-validation for reporting consistency using Tableau, SQL, Cognos, Power BI, and Excel
  • Utilize SQL, Python, or R to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets
Required Qualifications

Master's degree in data science, business analytics, or a related field

7+ years of experience in business support, data analytics & financial modeling

A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience

Proven experience and expertise using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Python, Advanced Excel, and the ability to transform data into insights

Demonstrated experience performing data preprocessing and EDA with Tableau Prep

High level of business knowledge and ability to understand and communicate in a common business language

Strong Team Building, Critical Thinking, Problem-solving, and Project Management skills are a must-have

Strong interpersonal /communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across business units for collaboration with customers and industry partners

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or master's degree with concentration in quantitative methods is preferred

Candidates able to share a data projects portfolio (ML, AI, DataViz, etc.) will be prioritized

PMP certification is a plus

Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior leadership consistently

Timeshare experience related to Resort Operations and Club is a plus
