The Role

We're seeking our first in-house Brand Manager to build and lead the creative foundation of Mark Henry's brand identity. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice, look, and feel of a high-growth fine jewelry house at a pivotal moment in its evolution. You'll be responsible for building content systems and strategies - and rolling up your sleeves to create visually-driven, emotionally resonant content across all touch-points.


What You'll Do

  • Architect and evolve the brand's visual and verbal identity across digital, social, retail, and packaging
  • Develop and maintain content systems, brand guidelines, and creative calendars
  • Produce original content (visual, written, and experiential) with a luxury-first lens - from campaign concepts to IG reels to look books
  • Ideate, produce, and photograph content to support all brand touch points (Website, Email, Social Media, Print, Sales, Paid Media, Events),
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on launches, partnerships, and seasonal storytelling
  • Elevate the brand across earned and owned channels, ensuring a consistent and aspirational narrative
  • Monitor competitive landscape and bring fresh challenger-brand energy to every creative initiative

Who You Are

  • 4-8 years of brand, content, or creative marketing experience at a luxury challenger brand (fashion, jewelry, accessories, or beauty preferred)
  • Strong visual sensibility and proven ability to build and execute luxury-level brand creative
  • Stylistic awareness and genuine passion for high-end design, craftsmanship, and storytelling
  • Exceptional eye for detail with strong writing and editing skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative mindset
  • Bonus: experience in art direction, shoot production, or creative project management

Qualifications

  • Creative Direction and Art Direction skills
  • Branding and Graphic Design skills
  • Experience in visual storytelling and graphic design principles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts and design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
