Must-Have:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure capacity/availability planning, or performance engineering within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk).
- Good understanding of database, middleware, and core banking application performance impacts.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (certification preferred).
