Your typical work schedule will be 44 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. During the program, you'll work closely with store management to oversee a substantial business operation, gaining critical insights into store strategy and development. Key Responsibilities Include: - Completing training as outlined in the program.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for a work visa.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Bachelor's degree required by the start date of the program.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications: - At least one (1) year experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing or supervising teams.
- Experience in team-oriented settings, including work, extracurricular activities, or military service.
- Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products.
- Familiarity with timekeeping or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
- Fluency in more than one language, especially Spanish, is a plus.
