The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an exciting, entry-level opportunity designed for those looking to excel in Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative roles within a period of 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' commitment to promoting from within, successful candidates will have the chance to advance to positions such as Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician after completing the initial 8-to-12-week training program.

This full-time position typically involves a commitment of 44 hours per week, including potential evenings and weekends.

Throughout the program, you will collaborate with facility leadership and regional management to oversee a multi-million-dollar business while gaining valuable insights into facility operations, core products, installation techniques, customer service, and client development. By effectively connecting with professional clients like property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors, you will play a key role in expanding our market share.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree by the program's start date.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying materials up to 70 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Previous leadership experience or supervisory roles.
  • Team-oriented background, including extracurricular or military experiences.
  • Experience in selling floorcovering products.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping or customer relationship management systems.
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in more than one language, especially Spanish is a plus.
