The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an exciting, entry-level opportunity designed to equip you for a Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role within 18 to 24 months. With our promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the chance to advance into a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician position upon successful completion of the initial 8-to-12-week training.

This position typically requires a 44-hour work week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
Upon completion of the Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program, successful candidates will be placed in either a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Floorcovering Field Technician role in designated states.
During the program, you will collaborate with facility leaders, sales teams, and regional management to oversee and contribute to a multi-million-dollar business. You will gain critical knowledge in:

Minimum Requirements: - At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- A bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
- The ability to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications: - One (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- One (1) year of experience in leadership roles or team supervision.
- Previous experience in a team-oriented setting.
- Experience in selling floorcovering products.
- Familiarity with timekeeping and/or customer relationship management systems.
- Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly Spanish.
