Join the Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program, an exciting entry-level position aimed at equipping you for a rewarding Store Management role in just 18-24 months. Our company embraces a promote-from-within approach, providing you the chance to advance into an Assistant Store Manager position after successfully completing the initial 6-8-week training.

This role typically consists of a 44-hour workweek, which may include evenings and weekends.

Throughout this program, you will work closely with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, gaining leadership experience and insights into the store's development and strategy. You will master operations, client relationships, and internal strategies that will empower you to significantly contribute to our team's success. Your role involves expanding the company's market share by reaching out to large commercial users such as painting contractors, purchasing agents, and manufacturers requiring large volumes of our premium products.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • A bachelor's degree by the start of this program.
  • Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Leadership experience in supervising teams.
  • Experience working in team-oriented environments, including extracurricular activities or military service.
  • Prior experience in selling paint or related products.
  • Experience with timekeeping or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
