Key Responsibilities: - Complete comprehensive training aligned with the established program.
- Support business strategies aimed at increasing sales and profitability.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must hold a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly, and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Experience in a leadership role, supervising or leading teams.
- Participation in team-oriented settings through work, extracurricular activities, or military service.
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Familiarity with timekeeping or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus, especially Spanish.
