What You Will Learn:

Your Responsibilities:
- Serving as a technical advisor and coach to clients and teams
- Advising on improving assurance capabilities, such as controls testing
- Solving complex business problems and presenting solutions
- Writing industry trend insights
- Leading and supporting sales proposals
- Sharing SME knowledge on assurance, risk, and compliance
- Coaching team skills and knowledge
- Building a network within Accenture and with clients
- Acting with integrity and respecting confidentiality
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in maths, economics, accounting, or sciences
- Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CCAB/IIA or equivalent (5-8 years); additional qualifications like CISA are beneficial
- Financial services audit or assurance experience with strong internal audit knowledge
- Proven leadership in audits or assurance engagements
- Understanding of risks, processes, and controls
- Project management experience
- Teamwork under tight deadlines
- Experience managing medium to large teams, including remote teams
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness for leading engagements and market opportunities
- Ability to engage with both technology and business stakeholders
