What You Will Learn:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a technical advisor and coach to clients and teams
  • Advising on improving assurance capabilities, such as controls testing
  • Solving complex business problems and presenting solutions
  • Writing industry trend insights
  • Leading and supporting sales proposals
  • Sharing SME knowledge on assurance, risk, and compliance
  • Coaching team skills and knowledge
  • Building a network within Accenture and with clients
  • Acting with integrity and respecting confidentiality

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in maths, economics, accounting, or sciences
  • Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CCAB/IIA or equivalent (5-8 years); additional qualifications like CISA are beneficial
  • Financial services audit or assurance experience with strong internal audit knowledge
  • Proven leadership in audits or assurance engagements
  • Understanding of risks, processes, and controls
  • Project management experience
  • Teamwork under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing medium to large teams, including remote teams
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness for leading engagements and market opportunities
  • Ability to engage with both technology and business stakeholders
