Join the Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program, an accelerated, entry-level opportunity designed to fast-track your journey to a Store Management role within 18-24 months. With our strong promote-from-within culture, you could be positioned for an Assistant Store Manager role after successfully completing our 6-8 week intensive training.

This role typically involves a commitment of 44 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, giving you the chance to immerse yourself fully in store operations.

In this program, you'll collaborate closely with store management, overseeing a significant business portfolio and contributing to strategic store development. You'll gain insight into our operations, clients, and internal strategies, playing a vital role in our team's success. Expect to enhance our market share by serving major commercial clients, including painting contractors and purchasing agents.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
  • Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year in retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Experience in a leadership role or supervising others for at least one year.
  • Background in team-oriented settings, including work experience, extracurricular activities, or military service.
  • Prior experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and customer relationship management systems.
  • Openness to relocation for future opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, especially Spanish.
