Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Management Analyst to join a leading engineering consulting firm for municipal support. This individual will be working directly with local city in the San Bernadino region supporting Project and Program Managers for operational support in the Public Works Department. The following responsibilities include:
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze annual operating and capital improvement budgets.
- Oversee grant applications, reporting, and compliance.
- Monitor grant budgets and schedules.
- Manage procurement and contract administration processes.
- Track and report department expenditures and revenues.
- Prepare staff reports, presentations, and agenda items for City Council and commissions.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Process department invoices.
- Support capital improvement projects planning.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for updates and reporting on CIP projects.
- Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents.
Respond to citizen service requests and complaints.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years Management Analyst experience
- Experience working directly for a municipalities
- Prior experience analyzing and preparing budgets
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Experience working directly for a City/County Public Works Department
Bachelors Degree in Public Administration or a related field null
