US Federal Solutions, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a Management Analyst.
The Management Analyst serves a primary role in monitoring the metrics established by the Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA) as defined by the Department of Homeland Security. The analyst will support various administrative and analytic functions across the Division. The individual in this position should have experience in building capacity for utilizing data to make data-informed decisions and drive action.
Qualifications: - Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

Requirements - Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
The Program Management Analyst Level II will be responsible for the following tasks: - Advise in developing program criteria to be utilized in Statements of Work.
- Aid management with monitoring executed contracting tasks.
- Assist in analyzing and improving knowledge of management processes and procedures.
- Research and use government and private sector best practices to measure and improve customer service, approval workflows, and processing timelines.
- Analyze a large number of financial, program planning, bilateral, and program evaluation documents for standard and ad hoc reports, as needed.
- Provide feedback to management on best practices for data input, document standardization, organization, and storage; identify recurring issues that should be addressed by management.
- Assist in coordinating the interpretation and adaptation of available guidelines/SOPs to specific work-related issues; aid in analyzing issues (e.g., workflow, delegations of authority, or regulatory compliance) and make recommendations for changes and improvements.
- Conduct analysis of operational workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvements
Office Hours:- 0800 to 1700 Monday through Friday
