Management Analyst I

Our client with the State of Nevada is searching for a Management Analyst I.

This position will serve as the fiscal manager for a discretionary grant. This position will oversee the overall grant budget, and all sub-grant budgets. This will include managing expenditures, understanding the state fiscal processes, projecting expenditures, applying for additional funding, and interacting with the federal project officers to ensure proper fiscal management for all the activities outlined in the grant. This position will participate in partner engagement and serve as the fiscal expert for this funding source.

This is a full-time position that will pay anywhere from $28.38/hr to $32.23/hr. It's slated through 09/29/25 with a potential to be extended or become temp-to-hire.

Responsibilities and Standards

• Serve as a fiscal manager (subject matter expert) on the PFS grant;

• Understand and monitor the budget and all expenditures of the specific funding source; and,

• Assist with development of contractual agreement with partner agencies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, finance,

social sciences, mathematics or related field and one year of professional experience in the research,

development, evaluation or revision of programs, organizations, methods or procedures; OR graduation

from high school or equivalent education and three years of professional experience as described above;

OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.
