As a Guidewire consulting generalist at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions. You will apply an in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to Guidewire software.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success leveraging one or more of the following areas related to systems configurations within the Insurance industry, including: - Guidewire ClaimCenter and Contact Center; - GOSU, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework and object oriented programming; - JAVA hosting, as well as utilization of web services that primarily use Java; - Web services hosting and consuming, using the Guidewire studio toolkit; - XLM Coding; - XML, ANT, MAVEN and code repository such as Clear Case, SVN, TFS; and, - Cogent communication, facilitation and presentations to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success within a professional services consulting industry environment with a specialization in the Financial Services and Insurance industry, emphasizing the following areas: - Understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; and, - Delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and leveraging MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)and other technologies appropriately to do so.

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
