The Managed Print Services Specialist supports the sales team by providing expertise in managed print solutions. This role involves assessing client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring the efficient implementation and maintenance of print services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client printing environments to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
Solution Recommendation: Develop and present customized managed print solutions to clients, highlighting benefits such as cost savings, efficiency, and security.
Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment and configuration of print management software and hardware ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Training: Train clients and internal staff on the use and benefits of managed print solutions.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and close deals.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on print usage, costs, and performance to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Must have 3-5 years in the copier printing industry or related field
- Proficiency in print management software and hardware, including troubleshooting and maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Must be able to travel between Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus (no overnight travel).
