Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Managed Bill Pay Reconciliation Analyst is to complete an accurate cash reconciliation of all payments processed on behalf of Calero customers.
This position is required to be in the Rochester office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Preform weekly audits of all invoice payments for assigned clients within the Managed Bill Pay department.
Review all completed AP feeds to ensure all invoices were paid by the amount authorized by our clients.
Ensure all incorrect or duplicated payments are reported to the corresponding payment team manager.
Keep an accurate record of all running cash balances of assigned clients bank accounts.
Express the ability to work in several telecom expense management systems for the purpose of retrieving data for financial review.
Exhibit the ability to work comfortably with large data sets in several financial tools.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
Education:
Associate degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or IT preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
A combination of education and experience will be considered
Experience and Training:
1-3 years' experience in Accounting or Finance is preferred
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is required
Technical Knowledge:
Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel (ability to do V-look up's, pivot tables etc.)
Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, ability to work independently
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Focused and results-oriented
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.50 - $22.00.
