Mammography Technologist

Full Time Day Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Lexington Medical Center, consistently named one of the best hospitals in South Carolina, is seeking a full-time Mammography Technologist to join our dedicated Women's Imaging team in Irmo. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment while utilizing advanced imaging technology.

What You'll Do
Independently perform digital screening and diagnostic mammograms , including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and specimen imaging.
Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures , biopsies, and cyst aspirations.
Deliver compassionate care while educating and reassuring patients throughout their visit.
Maintain high standards in breast positioning, image quality, and safety protocols in accordance with MQSA, ACR , and federal guidelines.
Perform quality control testing and equipment troubleshooting as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology .
Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in both Radiologic Technology and Mammography .
Holds or has applied for SCRQSA South Carolina licensure.
Current CPR certification required.
Strong communication, technical, and patient care skills.
