Mammography Technologist

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at Verbal Beginnings is responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring therapy program implementation. This role collaborates with the Field Coordinator and Regional Director to provide high-quality clinical care in clients' natural environments. Compensation includes guaranteed base salaries with potential to earn up to $116K+ annually, referral bonuses, and paid BACB Supervision opportunities. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and be licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure.
