Description:
Provides a variety of mammographic procedures on women and men following established protocols. Performs bone densitometry studies. Safely ensures quality radiographs, follows radiation protection standards and participates in the department continuous quality improvement process. Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients. Estimated pay range for this position is $33.58 - $43.65 / hour depending on experience plus an additional $6 / hour differential for floating between sites.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Licenses & Certifications:
ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.
Certified Radiologic Technologist.
ARRT Registered Technologist - Mammography.
Basic Life Support.
Additional Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved AMA Council of Education program in Radiologic Technology.
Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year
