Mammography/Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist ($76/hour.) to join our healthcare team at one of NYC's most prestigious hospital systems at their locations in the NYC area. There are currently multiple full-time/part-time flexible schedules available in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx.

Stipends/Travel Packages Available for travel candidates. $500 Reward for any referrals successfully placed.

Mammography Technologist duties include:
Perform mammograms : Position patients, immobilize breasts, and operate the mammography unit to take images
Explain procedures : Educate patients about mammograms and what to expect during the exam
Review images : Evaluate the images to ensure they are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes
Use radiation safety : Use protection devices and follow government regulations to ensure patient and staff safety

Mammography Technologist Requirements:
ARRT (M) Certification or ARRT (R) with 2+ years mammography experience
2+ years of prior mammography experience required

Pay: $68.00 - $76.00 per hour
