AllianceHCM Dallas, TX Job Summary - Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive

The Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive will oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle including self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying their needs, closing the sale, and ensuring the transition from the proposal process through a successful onboarding and integration.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Develop and Qualify Leads - Aggressively seek out new business opportunities
  • Schedule Initial Appointments to present to business owners in person
  • Prepare and Present Proposals - In-person and face-to-face meetings
  • Closing Sales and Transitioning the client to onboarding'
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience
  • Internet marketing sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven Presentation skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Excel and PowerPoint
  • Charismatic and personable
